Sports/ remedial  massage:

Either throught a truma of an injury or the repeated stress of good training the soft tissues of the body are allways remodeling, adapting and changing to try and cope with their enviroment and the challenges you place on them. With this in mind it is an essential part of any athlete to take good care of their muscles, ligament and tendons. Massage is a simple but very effective way of giving the soft tissue an MOT and find areas that need more work, which can assist and promote better growth, repair, performance and injury prevention who doesnt whant that!.
