The challenges:
To have your name go up on the site next too any challenge you have completed you must have a creditable witness or a video to prove your worth!
1. Do five consecutive muscle-ups on gymnastic rings or a pull up bar without touching the ground.
2. Do 21 consecutive "thrusters" (deep front squat to push-press) with dumbbells totaling 1/2 your body weight.

3. Beat Joe's 3:36 for a 1,000 meter Concept II row.
4. Vertical leap 1/2 your body height.

5. Run 1 mile and bench-press your body weight 21 reps all within ten minutes.
6. Row 500 meters THEN perform a set of 20 STRICT pull-ups both within 4 minutes.
7.Bench press your weight 30 times. Of course, this is a single set.
8. 15 bodyweight overhead squats with the olympic bar in one set. hip must go below knee to count!
9. Complete 400m of walking lunges without stopping!
10. Complete a three minute standing wall angel, plank and skydiver in the same workout.
