ABOUT ME:

Master Persoanl Trainer - Corrective Exercise Specilait - Movement Enhancement Coach

20yrs in the fitness industry as a trainer, gym manager, gym owner. Now a sports injury clinic with two private personal training studios.

Iv been lucky enough to work with international athletes in a wide range of sports, guided people from injuries of all major joints, enjoyed training people of all ages from 4yrs to 78yrs and with a long list of working relationships with other professional such as physio therapist, massage therapist, nutritionists, osteopaths to name a few.

Ive now trained in person over 3,000 people from one to one, small groups and team training.

No equipment, 6-mins a day Monday to Friday, full body progressive workout for 4 weeks.
